Then, three years ago, we began bringing artificial intelligence into our work, and everything changed. We started building learning experiences that were smarter, faster, and more effective. Today, we help other organizations do the same.

Quisha Umemba is the founder and CEO of Umemba Health. With more than two decades of experience across nursing, public health, and workforce development, she has built her career at the intersection of healthcare, education, and innovation.
She is a nationally recognized curriculum designer and a Certified AI Consultant who has trained thousands of professionals nationwide. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, an Amazon best-selling author, and the creator of the A.C.T.I.O.N.™ Framework, a practical model that helps teams adopt and use AI with confidence.
Quisha leads Umemba Health with a simple belief: the future of learning is not only digital, it is deeply human at its core. Her life's mission is to empower, educate, and transform the lives of others
